PEAKS-ECO has introduced advanced German pretreatment technology and independently developed equipment that removes heavy, hard materials and tangled objects, ensuring the long-term stable operation of dry anaerobic fermentation tanks.
Designed primarily for large cities in humid southern regions, this system integrates pit storage and loading methods. Its advantages include minimal organic matter loss, low water consumption, high processing capacity, and reduced risk of material blockages.
This system effectively addresses the common issues in traditional pretreatment processes, such as high loss rates of organic matter and fats, as well as severe equipment wear. It enables resource recovery from food waste, delivering strong economic and environmental benefits. By combining pretreatment with anaerobic digestion, it provides an efficient solution for harmless, volume-reduced, and resourceful treatment of food waste.
Garden waste plays a vital role in nutrient cycling and energy flow within green ecosystems, enriching soil organic matter, improving soil properties, and maintaining ecological balance. PEAKS-ECO has formed a comprehensive strategic partnership with Germany’s WILLIBALD company and introduced their mobile shredders and screening machines to China. After shredding, garden waste is fermented in our proprietary box-style aerobic composting units. The organic fertilizer produced after 14–21 days of fermentation can be directly applied for landscaping or agricultural use.
