The project occupies a planned area of 47,229 square meters, with a total construction area of approximately 30,000 square meters (including 2,900 square meters of underground space). The facility is designed to handle up to 400 tons of kitchen waste per day.

The project mainly serves the kitchen waste treatment needs within the scope of the EPC contract for the Jingzishan Resource Recycling Center in Yuhang District. It adopts a process flow of:

Receiving hopper

Trommel screening

Magnetic separation

Fine shredding

Screw dewatering

Pulping and sand removal

Residue separation.

The pretreated slurry is sent to a mesophilic wet co-digestion anaerobic fermentation process, promoting efficient resource recovery from kitchen waste.
