The Deqing Green Circular Transfer Center utilizes a vertical compression and transfer process, with a designed capacity of 500 tons per day. The transfer zone is built with a double-layer structure that optimizes space and improves operational efficiency.
Garbage collected from across Deqing County is transported by waste transfer trucks to the center, unloaded into vertical containers via receiving chutes, and then compacted from top to bottom using chute-fed compactors. This method achieves high-efficiency compression, reducing both transportation and disposal costs. The dense compaction also helps minimize odor and environmental impact during transit.
In addition, PEAKS-ECO has equipped the Deqing center with a comprehensive environmental protection solution, including high-efficiency deodorization and wastewater treatment systems to minimize pollution.
Our company has also provided an intelligent management system, which leverages digital technologies to monitor and control the entire compression and transfer process, enhancing the overall operational efficiency and management of the facility.
