The plastic granulation line can process waste plastics such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) into recycled products in film, rigid, or foam form after cleaning.
The equipment configuration of the granulation line should be selected according to the type of material, its physical form, and the required processing capacity. Depending on the shape, size, and output requirements of the material, a plastic granulator or crusher can be used to reduce material volume. The initial form of the plastic is particularly important when selecting the feeding method of the extruder.
In addition, moisture control of the raw materials is crucial for the entire granulation line. Before extrusion, the materials can be dried using a fully automatic drying system or through manual drying control.
This washing line is designed for cleaning PET plastic waste. PET is commonly used to manufacture beverage bottles, food containers, and industrial films. The plastic flakes from the washing line can be applied in spinning, textiles, fibers, and packaging products.
The PET washing line includes processes such as pre-washing and sorting, crushing, sink-float separation, hot and cold washing, label removal, and drying. Waste PET material first enters the pre-washing stage for surface cleaning and is sorted either manually or automatically. Next, the material is crushed, and the resulting plastic flakes undergo thorough cleaning in the hot and cold washing units. Finally, the cleaned and dried PET flakes are further purified through label and impurities removal.
The rigid plastics and film washing line is designed for cleaning and drying waste materials made of polyethylene (LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE) and polypropylene (PP), whether in rigid or film form.
By accommodating both films and rigid materials, this line maximizes the types of plastic waste that can be processed. At the front end, a shredder reduces the size of the waste plastic for easier handling. The materials then undergo intensive cleaning through friction and turbine washers, followed by separation of heavy plastics and contaminants in a sink-float tank. Depending on the plastic type, specialized drying equipment is used to remove moisture. The cleaned and dried plastics can either be sent to a granulation line for recycling or used directly as clean, dry flakes.

The bale opener and trommel screen are used to remove glass, metal, wood, paper, cardboard, and other minor contaminants from plastic bottles before granulating. This process effectively improves the quality of the recycling operation by eliminating impurities from the plastic bottles.

This machine is specifically designed to peel and separate labels from PET bottles, directing the bottles and label materials into separate compartments. Thanks to its specialized peeling mechanism, labels are efficiently removed from the bottle surfaces. For simplified operation, the compressed air system can be bypassed, allowing bottles and label materials to be discharged together from a single outlet.
