Project scale

Phase I: Treatment capacity of 100 tons per day for food waste, 300 tons per day for kitchen waste, and 10 tons per day for frozen meat (handled 3–5 times per month).

Reserved capacity for Phase II: 300 tons per day of kitchen waste

Reserved capacity for Phase III: 300 tons per day of kitchen waste

Process flow: Material receiving – crushing, separation, and pulping – dewatering – sand and impurity removal – heating and oil extraction.

The project also integrates with incineration facilities for synergistic waste treatment.
