The project uses a “pretreatment + wet anaerobic digestion” process. Pretreatment includes material receiving, coarse shredding, hydrolysis and pulping, sand impurity removal as well as oil extraction, providing high-quality feedstock for downstream anaerobic digestion. This enables effective reduction, harmless disposal, and resource recovery of food waste.
