The energy-saving baler machine is designed for the compression and packaging of a variety of bulky waste such as paper, cardboard, cartons, books, magazines, plastic films and bottles, straws, and more to facilitate transportation and recycling.
With a low-energy motor, the energy-saving baler reduces the system’s energy consumption by about 20% while still meeting daily baling amount requirements, making it an ideal for a daily baling capacity of less than 100 tons.
The compression is repeated every 15~19 seconds. For different materials, there will be 7~15 bales packed per hour, with a weight ranging from 0.5 tons to 1.3 tons and the density of 500 kg/m3.
